Model RF-301 Series


Three different types of testers are available depending on the purpose of use.

Model RFT-301:
- Measuring method: Tag closed cup
- Testing standard: ASTM D56
- Measuring range: 10ﾟC to 93ﾟC (-20ﾟC to 93ﾟC for low temperature)
- Temp. rising: 1ﾟC/min. & 3ﾟC/min.
- Heating bath: Brass water bath or metal block (for low temperature)
- Heater: Panel type, 350W
- Flash point detection: Temp. differentiation by thermocouple
- Sample cooling: by circulation of city water, or coolant in cooling bath (optional cooling bath is needed.)

Model RFP-301:
- Measuring method: Pensky-Martens closed cup
- Testing standard: ASTM D93 (A, B), ISO 2719 (A, B)
- Measuring range: 40ﾟC to 300ﾟC
- Temp. rising: 5 to 6ﾟC/min. & rapid function
- Heating bath: Metal block
- Heater: Panel type, 350W
- Flash point detection: Temp. differentiation by thermocouple
- Sample cooling: by air cooling fan

Model RFC-301:
RFC-301- Measuring method: Cleveland open cup
- Testing standard: ASTM D92, ISO 2592
- Measuring range: 50ﾟC to 400ﾟC
- Temp. rising: 5.5ﾟC/min. & 14-17ﾟC/min.
- Heating bath: Panel type brass block
- Heater: Thinpipe type, 800W
- Flash point detection: From flash flame
- Sample cooling: by air cooling fan
