Our common commercial conditions are, as follows:
1. Delivery Time: Generally 3 to 6 weeks
- Some equipment and testing machines will need around 3 to 4.5 months.
- It depends on each manufacturer's stock position at the time of your placing an order.
- For each delivery time of your order, please consult with us.
2. Country of Origin: Japan (Made by different reliable Japanese manufacturers)
3. Prices: We will quote you our net export prices upon your enquiry.
- Extra margin for price negotiation will not be included in our price offer.
4. Price Base: In Japanese Yen (JPY) basically
5. Price Validity: 90 days in principle after the date of our quotation
6. Payment Term: To be as agreed
- by T/T remittance in advance, in principle, or
- by irrevocable L/C at sight (extra banker's charge to be added)
7. Extra Charges for Shipment: The following charges will be added to our ex-work product prices.
- Export packing and inland freight charges: Min. JPY 9,000- (for shipment by Air Cargo), or
- Export handling charges: Min. JPY 7,000- (for shipment by EMS, DHL, FEDEX, TNT, etc.)
- Forwarder's charge (when shipping by Air Cargo by carrier's flight): Min. JPY 9,000-
- Banker's charge (for payment by irrevocable L/C at sight): Min. JPY 35,000-
- Banker's charge (when paying you back your commission later): JPY 6,000-
- Air freight: To be quoted upon your enquiry (on estimated chargeable weight)
- - Usually by consolidated air cargo, freight prepaid and transshipment/house AWB to be allowed
- EMS postal courier fee: To be quoted upon your enquiry (to be charged on weight; cheaper)
- Freight by private courier (DHL/FEDEX/TNT will be available): To be quoted upon your enquiry
- - Freight collect at your account is also acceptable (cheaper than the freight prepaid).
- Ocean freight: To be quoted upon your request (for heavy and large cargoes)
- - Freight itself is cheaper than air freight, but export relating charges are more expensive.
- Consular visa fee: To be added extra if requried (for legalization of certificate of origin, etc.)
- Insurance fee: To be quoted on request in option
- Pre-shipment inspection charge: To be quoted separately if SGS inspection, etc. is required
- - This is extra fee to be paid to manufacturer's factory for inspection, not the fee to inspection company.
